 Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because reliable repairs start with honest policies.

Refunds are only offered under specific conditions. If a service we performed fails due to our error (faulty part or improper installation) within 7 days, we’ll issue a full refund or re-perform the service at no cost.

  • For certain parts covered by a lifetime manufacturer's warranty, we are pleased to extend this warranty to your replacement for the life of the part, in accordance with the manufacturer's obligations. In the event that a future repair is needed for a part covered under this specific lifetime warranty, you will only be responsible for a labor fee of $60.00 plus tax to perform the repair. This policy ensures your long-term satisfaction and the continued performance of your device.

  • We do not refund issues caused by unrelated damage. That includes accidental drops, water damage, third-party tampering, or internal faults that weren’t part of your original request.

  • No refund will be issued if a device becomes non-functional due to pre-existing conditions, particularly in cases of water or motherboard damage where success is not guaranteed.

  • Diagnostics are non-refundable. If no repair is completed after the diagnostic, the fee still applies—it covers time, tools, and expertise.

  • Service cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will be refunded in full. No questions asked. Plans change, and we get that.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will be refunded at 50% of the paid amount, due to prep time, part ordering, and scheduling.

  • No-shows (zero contact or missed appointments) are non-refundable. We value your time—and ours.

  • If we determine a device is beyond repair during diagnostics, we won’t proceed without your approval. You’ll only pay for the diagnostic if you decline service.

  • All repairs come with a limited 7-day guarantee on the specific part(s) and labor. If something goes wrong within that window and it’s on us, we’ll fix it or refund it.

  • Refunds must be requested via email within 7 days of your appointment or service. Include your full name, date of service, and what went wrong.

  • Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days once reviewed.
